Please check with your clinic admin to see if the clinic already has an account and password established. If your clinic has not yet referred patients to us, please complete a pre-registration form; once the clinic is in the system you’ll have a client account configured to view information about any patient referred to us by your clinic. The clinic user name for login is that account number, prepended with a capital letter C; for example, if the account number is 12345, for "User" enter C12345. If the clinic password is forgotten or not working, it can be reset here. You will need the account number and clinic email. Reception staff can help with any part of this process as needed. Your username is your account number as it appears on invoices, prepended with a capital letter C; for example, if your account number is 12345, for "User" you would enter C12345. In either case, you will need your account number and associated email address. If you don't know those, please contact the lab manager. For Diagnostic Lab access, please visit the ISU VDL client portal. In case there is a problem with the ISU Okta service preventing authentication through ISU, try entering your full ISU email address (include the @iastate.edu part) as your user name in the client/RDVM login area, and enter your ISU email password. If you still can't get in, it's likely that your CVIS access has expired or been otherwise disabled. Please don't ask IT staff directly to re-enable the account; the request needs to come from the clinic administration office.
