Getting in the system

By requesting a clinic account, you may view your referred patients' finalized medical records on line, including lab work and radiographs. To request a login and password for medical record access for patients your clinic has referred to the Lloyd Veterinary Medical Center, please provide the following information. You will receive your login credentials by email; please share this information with your clinic administration and/or other doctors in your clinic.
